Staveley is well connected by the 555 bus and has a train station. We walked along the Dales Way from the bungalow, had a lovely cake and coffee from Homeground Cafe in Windermere. We then got the bus back from Windermere to Staveley. A lovely day out. If you need any ideas of other routes get in touch.
